In coordination with our in-house architects or a structural engineer, we will be able to help you solidify
what you have into a set of house plans that are ready to be built.
The next step is to determine all the details that are important to you so that we can incorporate them
into the home. There are literally thousands of details that go into every house. Some of them will be ‘must-haves’
like maybe the type of faucets in the bathroom or the color of stain on the kitchen cabinets. Other
details will be less important for your individual selection like where the furnace is located or the
brand of doors used throughout the house. This is where we can come together and help make the planning
and building process enjoyable for you. We are able to make suggestions and recommendations that fill
in the gaps of what you know you want and what is available for everything else.
