What do we do? Rounbehler Construction, Inc. builds high quality homes in the Johnson County area. As the general contractor, we handle every aspect of the construction process from contract signing to closing. Our goal is to provide an excellent home and an enjoyable homebuilding experience. And of course, our wide array of expertise is always at the buyer’s disposal to assist in any decisions or questions that may arise.

There are three basic types of home construction that we undertake:
1) Rounbehler Plans
Rounbehler Construction works with our in-house group of architects to develop the very best plans. Home buyers can select one of our plans based on its layout or by viewing an existing model home. In building a home from a Rounbehler Plan, the buyer can choose all of the decorative finishes, flooring, and options they desire. Modifications to the plan are also available and we can work closely with the buyer to determine their needs and make changes accordingly.

2) Custom Homes
When we build a custom home, the buyer has the ultimate opportunity to tailor their house
to their individual needs and wishes. You can build a plan that is already chosen, or utilize our in-house team of architects to start from scratch and design your home.

3) On The Market
There are always opportunities for buyers who are ready to move in now! Rounbehler Construction regularly builds homes that are either based on a Rounbehler Plan or other design. These homes are built with the same exacting standards as our other homes. The decorative finishes are chosen with the help of professional interior designers and the landscaping is complimentary with the style of the surrounding neighborhood.
